The future is mutual if we want it to be

Featuring many of the brilliant speakers from the Building Societies Conference, with plenty to inspire, challenge, and empower.
This edition of Society Matters features a number of speakers from the Building Societies Annual Conference which took place in May. The event in Birmingham was bigger than ever and provided an opportunity to celebrate the 250th anniversary and, just as importantly, look to the future of the sector.

The quality of speakers this year was second to none with plenty to inspire, challenge, and empower attendees. Read about a new dawn of customer experience,  financial inclusion as a global civil rights issue, the growth of the international co-operative movement, the role of mortgage reform in improving the housing journey and the case for banking diversity. And much more!
