香蕉福利直播 Audit, Risk & Regulation Autumn Webinar Series
Strategies for a modern mutual

The landscape is ever evolving and modern mutuals need to move with the times. From balancing the needs of members to demonstrating the mutual difference a modern mutual strategy is key to futureproofing your business. This webinar will take a look at some of the key strategic questions you may already be discussing, such as:

  • How do you balance the needs of current and future members, and savers vs borrowers?
  • How can you demonstrate the mutual difference?
  • How do you measure the community impact value of your branch network?
  • How can mutuals embrace AI to their competitive advantage?
  • Is community an integral part of your strategy?

While we may not arrive at a definitive answer, we aim to highlight the key issues the sector is facing, discuss what a future strategic model may look like and provide a thought-provoking discussion.

This year's annual update returns in a brand new format with a series of topical webinars covering key areas of audit, risk and regulation. These events are targeted at risk and finance executives, and their teams as well as non-executive members of Audit and Risk Committees.
