A free webinar hosted by Ï㽶¸£ÀûÖ±²¥ Associate,

Forward flow funding is a very popular form of funding across different asset classes.  Over the last few years, we have seen building societies start to provide this type of funding to specialist mortgage lenders.

This webinar will focus on the merits of forward flow funding specifically from the perspective of a building society.  The intended audience are all building societies who wish to find out more about how forward flow funding works and what the benefits are.

The speakers will be:
  • Tom Ward, Paul Brock and Richard Clark from TLT, who acted as the lawyers for Penrith Building Society on its forward flow funding arrangement with Generation Home (and who have acted on many others);
  • Zack Hocking (CEO) from Penrith Building Society, who will give his experience of being a funder under this type of arrangement;
  • Graham McClelland (CEO) from Generation Home, who will give his thoughts from the perspective of a specialist mortgage originator that utilises forward flow funding; and
  • Alok Gahrotra (Senior Managing Director) and Alan Wong (Managing Director) from Teneo, who will share their insights into how forward flow funding can be structured to meet the strategic and commercial goals of both funders and originators.

Attendees will therefore be able to hear first-hand from a building society, an originator, a law firm and an advisory firm on their recent experiences of forward flow funding involving building societies.
